At Dunedin Health & Wellness Center we believe that Yoga, together with our other holistic disciples, can assist the body’s natural healing ability and promote inner peace.

Our Yoga/Meditation Studio is purposely designed as a tranquil and clear space, and is decorated to reflect a calming atmosphere.
Stephanie Downing
Stephanie Downing is a registered yoga instructor who lives a yogic lifestyle and believes that the study and practice of yoga can transform and lead to a peaceful and content life.
She has attained proficiency in a variety of yoga styles while studying under the influence of many yoga teachers.
Her passion for teaching reflects her love of learning and her enjoyment of interacting with like-minded people. And her intentions as a teacher are to be compassionate, empowering and inspiring.
Hatha Yoga
You will develop strength, coordination, flexibility and breath awareness as you are guided through yoga poses that also help reduce and manage excess tension and stress.
Yoga Mats are provided. All levels benefit from this class. No yoga experience necessary.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is open to all ages of mobile individuals who are looking to maintain and increase flexibility and strength. Breathing techniques and stress relief will be a focus in this class, and the postures will be modified to fit the needs of students. This is a great course for those looking for a soft, gentle yoga class to decrease stress and regain and increase physical ability.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga offers ways to release physical tension, emotional stress, fatigue, and other common discomforts associated with pregnancy. This class will help you prepare for childbirth, deepen your connection with your body, your baby, and other pregnant women in the community.
Chair Yoga
This class is designed for those recovering from injury, living with
disabilities, weight challenges, inflexibility, or who just cannot
get on the floor for whatever reason. Yoga postures and relaxation
techniques will be done using in a chair allowing you to take full
advantage of yoga’s benefits.

Tuesday - 10:00 am to 11:15 am - Gentle Yoga
Wednesday - 10:00 am to 11:00 am - Chair Yoga - NEW CLASS
Thursday - 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm - Hatha Yoga
Saturday - 8:00 am - 9:00 am - Prenatal Yoga
Saturday - 9:30 am - 10:45 am - Hatha Yoga
Per class - $15.00
5 class package - $60.00
10 class package - $110.00
20 class package - $185.00
Private lesson - $50.00 one hour
Drop-ins are always welcome if space is available. However, we keep our classes small to insure proper instruction; to avoid disappointment please reserve your space!

Meditation is the most tranquil way to reduce stress, enhance your mood, while creating increased feelings of vitality & rejuvenation.
We invite you to join us for an evening of creating peacefulness and relaxation.
